The Situation
A national oil company needed a structured digital system for managing operational technology change requests across their infrastructure. Their existing process ran on Word documents and manual proposals, with no reliable way to track where a request stood, who had reviewed it, or what decisions had been made along the way.
What We Did
We designed and built a multi-stage workflow dashboard that tracks every change request from initial submission through approval, implementation, and lessons learned. The interface was built for two distinct user types: field operators who needed to submit and monitor requests without friction, and back-office teams who needed structured data, clear stage visibility, and a complete audit trail.
Every detail was considered for real-world use. Stage progression, approval controls, autocomplete inputs, and dynamic visibility were all refined through multiple rounds of review until the interface was demo-ready and operationally sound.
