Monthly, in advance. Payment secures your hours and priority for that month. We require one month’s notice from either side to end the arrangement.
Yes, and it’s the most common path. Most clients start with a build engagement and transition to a maintenance retainer once the site is live. We document everything during the build to make the handover seamless.
Projects include a handoff period with documentation. Ongoing support after launch is covered under a maintenance retainer, which we can set up alongside or after the project.
We start with an infrastructure review. If the foundation is stable, we maintain and improve it. If structural issues create long-term risk, we’ll recommend a rebuild with clear justification.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis for trusted partners. Get in touch and we can discuss how that arrangement would work.
We accept payments via Wise, Payoneer, or direct bank transfer. All pricing is in USD. Quarterly billing is available at a 5% discount, and annual billing at 10%.
